Finished the rotisserie, got the frame mounted. Discovered some rust holes that will need to be fixed.
Time for the dirty work, here are some pics.

 

I got the cab off, going to strip the frame down today, then build a rotisserie for the frame.

The Toyota diesel conversion has to take a detour, I have decided to disassemble the truck and get rid of all the RUST!
               I just discovered that this truck has an 1"inch body lift.
The sole purpose of this blog is to provide reference and information for others who might be thinking of doing the same diesel conversion.

Finally finished the oil pan.

started fabricating the oil pan. I'm grafting the Toyota Tacoma 3.4 v6 oil pan onto the Volkswagen alh tdi oil pan.

Put the engine in and bolted it to the transmission, next thing to do is fabricate engine mounts and cut a notch in the oil pan to clear the front differental and weld in some new steel.
